Although Nicole Richie, 25, and Good Charlotte member, Joel Madden, 27, have only been dating for three months, the two are head over heels for each other. During a belated V-day trip to Las Vegas, Richie and Madden were spotted outside the famous Little White Chapel. However, the two love birds did not end up getting hitched there. When Richie returned from her Vegas trip, she immediately informed her father, Lionel Richie, about the good news.Â

Adding to their international family of 5-year-old Maddox from Cambodia, 2-year-old Zahara from Ethiopia, and 10-month biological baby Shiloh, the Jolie Pits will soon bring home a 3 1/2-year-old son from Ho Chi Minh city,Vietnam. The couple was first spotted at Tam Binh orphanage during Thanksgiving. The application is currently pending for approval. The waiting period could be relatively quick, in as little as a few weeks.Â
 The child was abandoned at a local hospital as a baby, and was taken to Tam Binh orphanage, where he currently lives.Â

Young Hollywood’s richest mogul title goes to the one and only Olsen Twins, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen. These 20-year-old powerhouse twins achieved instant stardom on the hit sitcom Full House, about two decades ago. In 2006, they ranked in a cool $40 million. However, the majority of the earnings did not come from any acting gigs, but rather from their empire of Olsen branded products (e.g., dolls, hair and make-up products, school supply products, etc.).
#2  In second came Harry Potter actor, Daniel Radcliffe, 17, with earnings of an estimated $13 million.Â
#3  In third came infamous Hollywood “It” girl, Lindsey Lohan. Despite her alcoholic partying ways and recent rehab stints, Lohan still managed to do well for herself. She rang in the end of last year with $8 million.
#4 Lovely Dakota Fanning, 13, came in fourth by banking $4 million. We all remember her breakout role as Sean Penn’s daughter in I Am Sam, 2001.  Because of this role, Fanning made history by becoming the youngest person, at age 8, to be nominated for a Screen Actors Guild Award.Â
